4. Account and dashboard technologies
When user login or dashboard functionality is enabled, strictly necessary technologies may be used to authenticate you, keep you signed in for an appropriate period, protect forms and APIs against misuse, apply role-based permissions, maintain security logs and prevent fraud or unauthorised access.
Disabling necessary browser storage may prevent account registration, sign-in, secure forms or dashboard functionality from working correctly.
5. Current cookie and technology inventory
This website does not currently set any cookies. At the date of the last review, the website is a static informational site: our servers do not issue cookies, and the site does not use local storage, session storage, analytics, tag managers, advertising tags or tracking pixels.
Because no optional technologies are in use, no consent banner or preference tool is currently required.

This inventory is reviewed whenever the website changes. When account, dashboard, analytics or marketing functionality is introduced, this section will be updated to list each technology, its purpose, duration and the consent or exception relied on, and a consent mechanism will be provided where required.
6. Your choices
Because we do not currently use optional cookies or similar technologies, there is nothing to switch off and no consent to withdraw. If optional technologies are introduced in the future, we will provide a consent or preference mechanism before they are activated, and you will be able to refuse them or withdraw consent later. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Your browser may also allow you to block or delete cookies. Browser controls operate separately from Cognisphere’s consent mechanism and may affect website or account functionality.
7. Third-party services and embedded content
Some website features may be provided by third parties, such as video, scheduling, maps, support tools, analytics or payment services. Where their technologies are not exempt, we will not enable them until the required user choice has been obtained.
8. How long technologies remain
Session technologies expire when the relevant browser session ends or when the server invalidates the session. Persistent technologies remain for the duration stated in the live inventory unless deleted sooner. We aim to use durations that are proportionate to the stated purpose and review them during periodic audits.

We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, products, dashboard, suppliers or legal obligations change. Material changes will be reflected in the policy date and, where appropriate, in our consent or preference interface.
